Convertzation provides a customer relationship management (CRM) and automated follow-up system, together with related setup, configuration, and support services. The specific features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change our fees on reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Send unsolicited or unlawful messages, or otherwise breach applicable anti-spam, marketing, or data protection laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the services or related systems;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the services except as expressly permitted.

You are solely responsible for the data you input and the communications you send through the services, and for obtaining any necessary consents from your contacts.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the website, services, and underlying technology remain the property of Convertzation and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with your subscription. You retain ownership of the data you input.

6. Third-Party Services

The services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools and platforms. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to separate terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business results will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertzation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
